The mother won't sign the national letter of intent form because she is afraid he is making the wrong decision going away from home. Now she has hired a law firm in case litigation is needed. It sounds to me that Miami offered her more "stuff", and she wants her kid to go there. The NCAA needs to investigate Miami in this.
