How do I get the max out of my casino freeroll?

I got $500 bonus on DSI casino with a 40X rollover. I can't just play blackjack or video poker with Optimal strategy because in the end you only keep whatever you make once the rollover is complete meaning I need to make a profit. There is a limit on the types of games I can actually use towards the rollover as well and regular blackjack or deuces wild video poker is not an option.

yea likely will play 6 deck multi hand blackjack. Considering I have $500 to start and I will play 3 hands at a time what is the ideal amount to bet per each of the 3 hands?
