Great thread Archie. Great class as well. Larry Allen was pure dominance back in his day. And I agree about CC, he always has a great opinion and perspective that really none of the other guys can argue with because we'll, he's a HOF'r. I thought Andre Reed would have gotten in but his day will come.

Yeah I can't name a single memorable play that he had in his career. Is he even 40 years old? Too soon to be in the HOF without achieving anything noteworthy.

Sapp played Defensive Tackle, a position where only a handful of guys even become names you recognize since they aren't pure pass rushers per se for the most part.

Reggie White, Cortez Kennedy, John Randle, Warren Sapp

other than those guys I couldn't tell you any other guys that pop up in my head from my generation as GREATS when you talk Defensive Tackles
