why will Miami, FL lose tomorrow @ NC?

Im going to read up on the game. Wanted to know what you all thought.
Miami's making some noise and would this be a "let down spot?" Home dog facing (maybe) overrated team? NC State any good? You tell me.

I'll most likely lay the points and take the ML just to root for the Canes wherever we go watch the game at.

NC State is a top 5 team but their MVP point guard Lorenzo Brown is out with a sprained ankle I think the Canes win. The other problem for State is they usually only play 6 guys so now only have 5, and only 7 scholarship players available tomorrow.

If I were handing out awards at the end of January, Miami head coach Jim Larranaga would be my national coach of the year. The Hurricanes were an NIT team last season and don't have a single player on the roster with Big Dance experience. But with five seniors leading the way, and 6-10, 300-pound center Reggie Johnson back on the court following a monthlong absence with a thumb injury, Miami's 7-0 ACC start is no accident.

The key to this handicap is defense. NC State is loaded with talented seniors as well and can score in bunches from anywhere on the floor. But the Wolfpack are not an elite-level defensive ballclub. Miami is. When it comes to getting that key late-game stop in what should be a tight, competitive contest, quite simply, I trust the Canes more than the Pack.

Agreed. NC St. is paper thin at guard and now have to beat a hot Miami team without their starting PG. I am assuming that the freshman Purvis will have to handle all PG responsibilities and I don't even know who the other guard they will play will be. NC St. will have to slow the tempo down with Brown out and won't be able to get the 15-20 cheap transition points they average each game.

Love Miami this year, interesting team to watch. Their dominance of the ACC is also helping Arizona's numbers considerably.
