i opened up an ECO CARD account, then a week later i deposited some money into the account. a few days later i tried to access my account, but it was locked.
i contacted ECO CARD and they told me that my account has been locked because they do not support service to the country i am from.
so i asked them for a refund of the money i deposited, i emailed them several times, all they kept telling me is that they do not support service to the country i am from.
all in all they still have not refunded my money. they allowed me to open an account and deposit money, but when it came time that i wanted to use my ECO CARD account they refused to released my funds, even though ECO CARD does not state on their website which countries they supply service in, and will not block you when you sign up with your address, they will still let you send money to them, and then steal your money by locking your account.
i have used express wallet and neteller, and both have worked fine for me in funding and withdrawing my money.
