not the best thing by any stretch....tons of gooks and paki's in canada which clog up the system like a shit stuck in your ass for a week....disadvantages and advantages to each country, like all. but i do know it costs a fukk to get a doctor to say anything, most of the time it could have been diagnosed off of google. if i'm not mistaken though, quality of life would be higher when your health care system works....hence why the top 4 of the top 5 "quality of life" cities in the Americas are Canadian.
