I've been a 4 year customer at Heritage, haven't made a bet there in 3 years

You shouldn't keep your funds dormant for any long period of time, much less 4 years.

I believe the correct way of saying it is that you have had an inactive account for many years... you are not considered a customer unless active. Also, Heritage is not going to open you up to pound on soft off season lines if you did not even bother to put any NFL action in... it is just how they run the service and this will apply to everyone basically not just you.

Garbage book anyways. They deactivated my account after just 3 months of no activity. Betpop, Intertops, or 5dimes are better books.
