I had New Mexico St. Today and I wouldnt even kno how to watch it aside from a bar.

Panthers game was on but I stepped out.

Always checking scores tho.

I find I do better if I dont watch the game.....less stressful.

But I should be watching the games to learn....I have a lot to learn.

and the sound off and music on...
Because I usually had to hide my eyes...

Now, I call my plays in early and usually head
for the golf course. I don't like to check my scores
until I finish my eighteen....Like my name infers...

I follow the scores periodically to see if it's close or in my favor. Then I may watch the last part of the game. Sometimes watch the whole game. In horse racing never bet a race I can not watch either live or replay.

I think any bettor would benefit from watching his games, but it's also frustrating as hell when things aren't going good. Last night while watching the Iona game (where they blew a double digit lead with like 5 minutes left in the game and were getting 2.5 points) I ended up shattering an Xbox 360 controller.

In answer to your question Broke - no it would be near impossible to watch 500+ games a month and I have better things to do with my time.

For myself and 90% of bettors there is no benefit to watching major sports games. You are not going to come away with information that is not already factored into the betting line. If you are watching some obscure sports than there may be some benefit, but overall sports betting is just a numbers game.
