The more I read the more it makes sense why the line is dropping

Hova is a businessman and he knows that next years SB in NEW YORK will be even BIGGER plus the news has been hammering Beyonce for that lip sync so this is her spot to shine and Hov is not going to make this about them rather he wants Beyonce to be the star... Come next year Him and Alicia will put on the greatest SB performance EVER crowd will be rocking and will be the first halftime show that I'll actually watch rather than running around filling my plate/drinks.

I see what you mean, but she is reuniting with Destiny's Child as well, so it almost seems like she'll do a career retrospective like Prince. and in that case, I assume one of her Jay-Z duets is likely.

I don't know the max wager. I just threw 30 on it... wouldn't be too interested in the halftime show otherwise.
