Back at xmas my cubemate, person I share a U shaped desk with ( i get one side she had her side). Started texting me. She's married 2 kids, almost 3. Everything is gravy.
We had some conversations that went sort of sideways... Nothing terrible. Nothing that said lets go have sex or do this...but it wasn't pg13 either.
Her husband checks her phone...her marriage is now crumbling.. Not that I really gave a **** I just hit reply and came up with w/e popped into my idiot head.
So, I talk to a couple of girls at work...
1. is about working out
2. is football (she's a avid fan, doesn't bet though.)
3. An old friend from previous job
4. Girl who lived 3 houses away from me growing up in high school.
suddenly the rumors start flying, that I'm having relationships with all of these girls.
1. No thanks, she's kind of too materialistic always has a new bf, and girls like that have STD's normally... 1 month 3 bfs so far...
2. I don't do flat girls...
3. just got married and a I already had my 2 week fling with her 5 years ago.
4. This chick gives amazing head but is only a 6. And is engaged.
None of these conversations are inappropriate.
So I get hauled into HR they do this whole don't cause problems at work. I politely tell them nothing that I do in my personal life is effecting my work and it should remain so. I said I'm sorry her husband doesn't like the conversations his wife is having, but I'm just a fun kind of guy that rolls with stuff. I've never done anything outside of work with this situation other than the text messages and this should not even matter to begin with.
they request I be moved to another team. Supervisor is a bitch and hates me. I say, no I have a perfect relationship with my current supervisor and I have no need to move. I said I have 3 open applications to other jobs. If I'm moving its out of the department into said job.
So wall 5k promotion to move.
But the grapevine is still going on, until she tells the wrong person. This is where the story takes its dark and sadistic twist...
This girl is pregnant with what turns out to a premature baby. Not only is she out on maturnity leave, when she comes in for 1 day to bring the baby in after she took it home and its doing oh so much better (which I thought you don't take preme's out regardless for like a month, they usually need alot of care even though they are home...she gets caught saying even more shit about me... by her supervisor, my ex supervisor. Supervisor has had enough... reports her
What does this mean. She is fired that week (while out on maturnity leave effective immediately. (while having in home nursing and stuff for the baby).
Thanks to her wonderful mouth and said like abilities she now has over 35k in medical bills for car for the baby that is not covered by insurance, because she was fired on the spot.
She is now sueing our company for unjust firing.
So am I bastard??
