I cant figure out where is or how to do the Private Messanger feature.... People keep saying I have it turned off, but I dont think I ever had it turned on..... Someone help!!! And dont give me no shit I grew up in the Late 80's early 90's when a computer was a Commodore 64.......

Point is....How do I do PM's here?????
