Best way to not go on tilt when you lose

When I lose $3 I go on tilt. I hate that losing feeling. Thoughts?

comes with age. If i lose i dont give a shiit anymore. Sometimes if I get on a bad streak I lower my bets to 10.00 or 15.00 I do the opposite of going om tilt. eventually you come out of a tail spin and go on a winning streak.
