is this the one produced in the uk? if yes watched many times. i want to puke sometimes. some of these "millionaires" are cheap pieces of shit looking for attention. some only gave like 10k pounds and acted like they were shitting a watermelon.

Super artificial. I can't believe I watched the whole episode. The TV crew is right there, how can the situation they describe be remotely genuine. Even worse, the acting and writing is terrible. Forced emotion, confused hugging. Gawd.

Boy, network tv has become crap.
I tried to watch some yesterday. One channel had "the fattest looser", another some music awards, the others more horrible shit. They had me begging for reruns of Leave it to Beaver.
I can only imagine how bad this millionaire thing had to be.

I watched the show...Hurricane Katrina did major damage to the areas of South Plaquemines Parish...I lived in Buras until my parents went thru a divorce when I was 12 years old. We moved to New Orleans, couple years later when I was 16, I moved back to Buras to live w/ my father and finish out school at Buras High School. The show may have been staged but I can tell you what...those millionaires did the right thing with Rev. Turner, The Gautheires, and Coach Crutchfrield. Those are some really nice people...the short lady that was building the "Gathering House Coffee Shop",she was a teacher of mine at Buras High School. Our school colors were green and gold as we were the Buras High School Wildcats. Did you all see the new water tower which is in Buras,,,they painted it green and gold. Here are some pics of Buras:

That's why cable, directv, or the dish is a must have these days. Network tv absolutely sucks and a lot of the crap is "reality" tv. I watched some college hoops and NBA last night, couldn't imagine not having a dish now.

"The TV crew is right there,"
i caught part of it flipping channels last night, and the first thing i thought was "how many so-called homeless or down-n-out people have camera crews following them?"
i know it's a staged cause all reality shows are staged to some point.
i doubt i'll watch again, i just tuned in a little from channel surfing, but it's not my thing.
