I also factor in that Hioki has none of the strengths of any of the opponents whom have defeated Guida. Hioki doesn't have the stamina, wrestling prowess as Bendo, gray Maynard, etc...

I picture Hioki winning round one, but succumbing to teh non stop pace that Guida delivers.
