This is a summary of the events that took place between FIREDAWG AND BETBLACKDOG on December 1, 2008:

FIREDAWG made several inquiries through live chat as to the payout process and methods used by BETBLACKDOG. This occurred between 09:26 and 09:51.

At 11:04 FIREDAWG made a payout request through live chat and was told he was not due a payout because he had a trial account. After explaining that he was not aware of the rules, and that he was given some conflicting stories the clerk put him on hold, spoke with a manager and a payout was authorized.

He was offered several different payout options and was told he would receive his payment no later then the next day.

At 12:05 he again spoke with live chat and was told his request was being processed and it would be out by the end of the day.

At 15:20 he made a post on SBR stating he was having some issues with BLACKDOG in an attempt to expedite the payout, when in fact BLACKDOG was making every effort on their part to pay him in less time than was required by policy.

These are the facts as mutually agreed to by BETBLACKDOG and FIREDAWG.

I addition it has been agreed upon that BETBLACKDOG will pay FIREDAWG $370 which his current balance of winnings and close down his account.

Sorry you guys had this problem , but you have to expect every now and then to have some complaint.


To your credit it is the first time in 2 years any complaints from a customer. Keep up the good work as I and many others here at SBR that play there know you guys have great customer service
