Gambling, prostitution, and street drugs should all be legal. It would make society a better place. More people would be working and paying taxes, it would take the fun out of drugs for teenagers because it would no longer be against the law and cool. Use the tax money generated from drugs to warn people about what could happen. The people that want to do these things are going to do them whether they are legal or illegal. Switzerland just made heroin legal in clinics. You walk in and shoot up government heroin.
Here in the states you can be on legal methadone within 5 days if you want. Just take some Vicodin over a few days and piss in the cup at a methadone clinic, test positive, fill out some papers, and get ready for blast off. Much stronger and longer buzz than vicodin.Comment -

They should have places where people could go and buy their drug of choice, get the right amount applied buy a well qualified nurse that can take care of the "customer" making sure he doesn't pass away or go out in the street and do crazy stuff, it'd be controlled.
As far as gambling, I believe it's a lot easier for the Gov to watch on site only, like Vegas, the more places get into it the easier it would be for gambling to get out of control and money start leaking.Comment -

Obtaining drugs isn't the least bit difficult now. You could buy any drug you wanted at my college or high school with no effort whatsoever. Alcohol was far more difficult to obtain (still easy of course).
People are going to do what they do. Many drug deaths are because the low lives that sell drugs cut them with nasty shit that kills people. Legalizing, taxing, and regulating it would at the very least eliminate that aspect.
