So Brown and Rice are accusing Callahan of throwing the game based on a last minute coaching decision and a possible alliance between Callahan and Gruden? The Raiders lost the game because the Bucs were an all around much better team. Not to mention the Bucs defense was stacked while the Raiders had Rich Gannon and two ex-superstar receivers well past their prime. What the penetrate did they think was gonna happen?

Changing the entire game plan at game time is just bad coaching, not throwing a game.

If you watched the game you would think the raiders practiced against the buccaneers all week. The Bucs defense seemed to know the plays and owned the raiders playbook.
