Your team is a slut! Soon she'll be on her knees under our Space Needle.
If they don't go to Seattle I'm going to bury you for this.

I heard minority owners get first right of refusal to buy majority shares. Let's see how this plays out...

Sacamento is a bush league farm town that doesn't deserve a pro team.
They let the Maloof brother stick it in their ass for so long that they
think it feels good to be farm-fuk losers.
Let the Kings go to a real city with real owners and let the farmers in Sacramento use
Titty's shit towel to wipe off the "Maloof" jizz...

Maybe the minority owners will rummage through their couch cushions and find $525 million.

Maybe the minority owners will get a loan from the investors who are making an offer on the team.

Well lets just see how it plays out. I've been reading a lot of Sacramento King forums and listening to Sac sports radio and not many people are optimistic about it.....which is why i'm surprised you are so optimistic 8Ar.
If i were a Kings fan.....I would not feel good.

Speedy, I wouldn't be surprised if the Maloofs walk away after Feb 1 with an extra $30 mil in their pockets then sell to a local investor and say they always wanted to keep the team in Sac.

You're a sucker for entertaining the plausability of this statement.... "Speedy, I wouldn't bt surprised if the Maloofs walk away after Feb 1 with an extra $30 mil in their pockets then sell to a local investor and say they always wanted to keep the team in Sac."

It appears the Kings will stay in Sacramento. (Getty Images)

The NBA announced Monday that the relocation committee met Monday and voted to recommend to the Board of Governors not to approve relocation of the Sacramento Kings to Seattle.
The move doesn't mean the end to the saga, as the NBA Board of Governors will have to vote on the matter. But the Board is expected to vote in accordance with the relocation committee's recommendation. The move also likely means that the ownership group led by Vivek Ranadive and 24-hour Fitness co-founder Mark Mastrov will be approved.
The vote is a stunning victory for a small market that appeared dead in the water just months ago. The efforts of Mayor Kevin Johnson and local support groups helped to organize a massive grassroots campaign that eventually brought in the money to make a competitive offer in order to outbid Chris Hansen and his Seattle group. Seattle, of course, is the loser in all this, as their efforts to return the Kings to Seattle have been stymied.
The vote was unanimous.
We'll have more on this situation as it develops.
