Good News/Bad News...looking for advice

So the Good news is me and my wife and son are going to Europe on Vacation in March, 10 day excursion to London, Amsterdam, Lake Lucerne and Paris. We've never been over there so i'm super pumped.

Now the bad part...

We are leaving March 20th and returning March 30.

My ABSOLUTE FAVORITE gambling even of the year happens to start March 21st, March Madness! Where can i 1)wager on games in Europe, for example i'll be in London for the 1st 2 days of the tournament...can i wager with cash there in any of their shops that are open? Will the even offer NCAA Hoops there? 2)where could i watch, even for a little while over there? Mostly just concerned with those first 2 days, the Saturday and Sunday i will be in Amsterdam, are there any books there?

Brock I was in London last year for the holidays. I went in a Ladbrokes shop and posted up. They offered college hoops and NBA. Time difference obviously going to make it difficult to watch the games. I was able to just stream some stuff on my laptop.

Enjoy your holiday and don't gamble while on your trip. Cherish the time with your wife. Forget about gambling and enjoy it more when you return. There are things more important in life than sports gambling, trust me.

Still a currency conversion fee I believe. Some places like a currency exchange I know of in Toronto for example is less than a 1/3 the cost of bank charges.
