i am so proud of Jagr. when i see him still playing and this good, i swear i shed a tear. i've got great memories of him. Did you know that Jagr was an NHL star back in 1990. and 84% of SBR weren't even born yet, and here he is still playing...but man, to show you how old he is, i am 47, and when Jagr was dominating in the NHL, i was still in college. life was good, i was young, my dad was still alive. i've got great memories of him. i can't believe today he's 41 and this good. I don't think you were following hockey back then, but to show you how good he was back then, the only NBA player i can think of to compare to him is Larry Bird... if not better. what a star... and still is.. and he hasn't changed a bit. still looks like a kid of 19 yrs old. definitely 1st ballot HOF'er.

The truth is.........I was going to Kings games long before #99 ever arrived. As a young kid my dad would take me to see the "Triple Crown Line". Kings fans are some of the most loyal fans in the counrty.

While I can't remember him with the same type of clarity, I will say that Jagr was far and away my favorite player in NHL '94 on Super Nintendo.

Although, Lindros was great for his ability to lay fools out. Anyway, I digress.

As good as it is to still see Jagr doing his thing, it is equally shocking - especially in the context of his sport.
