I think he gets jail time eventually. Could be a suspended sentence.

With the courts, it's going to take a long time for the case to be heard, though.

Masta, I bet he does time. The facts are clear so I doubt the DA will worry about losing at trial. I saw Bloomberg on TV screaming about mandatory minimums and it looks like they are serious. I mean, Martha Stuart did time?!? Politicians are not afraid/awed by celebrities like they used to be...

Maybe they will plea him down to reckless endangerment or some lesser charge, but I doubt it.

The mayor was being a hypocrite. 1/2 of these gun charges in NY get reduced to a misdemeanor. Burress had no violent or criminal intention when carrying the gun. He didn't injure anyone else. Etc.

Martha got jail time for obstruction of justice and perjury. She lied to investigators and tried to cover her scandal up. She would not have received jail time for the insider trading charge. Look at Mark Cuban.
