Florida is currently a 9.5pt favorite over Alabama on a neutral field.

Explain your thinking based on that number.

If Alabama had to play Texas Tech, Oklahoma, Oklahoma St and Texas what would their record be? Tell you the truth they could lose to all of those teams and on a neutral field they would only be favored over Oklahoma St.

Alabama is not in the league of Florida, Texas and Oklahoma and the current line on their game with Florida reflects that. Now, once the ball is kicked anything can happen just ask USC who got beat by ucla as 30 point dog last year. But as we sit here today Alabama would not be favored over those teams or USC.

So then why is Oklahoma, in your eyes, favored by only 9 over Bama when they are favored by 6 over Florida if there is such a disparity?
