I got a Dui about 6 months ago and got it finalized in court by getting lucky with a dismissal 3 weeks ago and now like an idiot I got a whole new one friday night i'm done drinking cant handle this in and out of court and jail BS anymore

Not only that but the cop said he paced me doing 99 in a 55 which is bs because my car cant even do 99 but I was speeding prob 85-90 at the max, the cop was a rookie and I think he did not know what he was doing he said I was his first arrest haha, combine the speed with the dui figure the judge is gonna hit me with at least a few weeks in county, thanks manComment -

Yah its no good I only blew a .13 this time which by itself I probably would not of gotten any jail time as in Virginia mandatory jail doesnt kick in until .15(mandatory 5 days) and .20(mandatory 10 days) but the judge is not gonna be happy that the cop claims I was doing almost a hundo when I was drunk only hope to avoid at least 2 weeks is to convince the judge I was going well slower hopefully the fact the cop was a rook and that he wasn't using his radar gun will help me outComment -

I am glad you figured things out....the reason I say that is simple, I am an eye for an eye type of person. What I mean by that from all honesty is this, if you ever were drunk and hit a family member of mine, I couldn't forgive you. I can always hope the officer decides being a cop isnt all its cracked up to be and quits the force before court I have two months until the court date and will be getting at least one if not two continuances to hopefully give me extra time to give the cop a chance to quit but I'm definitley not drinking anymore after my last one I swore I would not drive after even having one drink just to avoid any chance but I was at the horse track and put down 1 or two too many and ran out of betting money so left before sobered up like an idiot atsome point you just gotta admit to yourself you cant just have a few because we all know once you have a few it turns into a dozen and you feel fine to drive but your nowhere even closeComment -
This is a serious subject and I am surprised you brought this on the forum. I will give you a good example of an EX-friend...dude couldn't stop drinking.....got 3 DUIs before we finished college....he lost everything and thank god he never hurt anyone. I have a little ode I live by, if a DRUNK TARD EVER HITS ME AND I LIVE ....HE BETTER RUN FOR HIS LIFE BECAUSE I AM GONNA FUkK HIM UP RIGHT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE STREET.
