I saw the Penguins practice and I didn't see anything from them to indicate they are more ready to play than the Flyers are.

The Flyers actually had way more players playing abroad than the Pens did during the lockout including our best player, Giroux. We should, theoretically be in better condition overall.

Yes, there was pass out drills but there was also more serious stuff as well. Going over zone coverage with the defensemen, working on faceoffs, work on the power play, but it was not as serious as one of their regular practices I will admit.

They had to entertain the fans who showed up after all.
