Matchbook Withdrawl Question
Ok guys,
So I just requested a withdrawl via bankcheck on friday from Matchbook... I requested the courier option and check for 2k.
I talked to support today to make sure they received it because my balance has not changed or anything.. they said they received it and already sent out the check (via regular mail which sucks) but my balance is still the same... no 2k reduction...
Has this happened to anyone before? How long does it normally take them to reduce your balance?
