This is a major issue and event in professional worldwide sports and integrity of all athletes. He is coming clean Thursday with Oprah. Should be interesting to see how well he planned his facial expressions to the answers.

Guy has absolutely zero to lose. He is at rock bottom. Coming clean now is his only hope of having anything positive happen to him in terms of the public eye.

I would guess he was going to be subpoenaed like athletes in other sports. Now he will probably testify voluntarily against the ICI which are corrupt and shady as he turned out to be. He has previously testified under oath and we now find out he lied. Helping the govt go against ICI will ease the attack on him. He his basically gonna snitch to get his pain minimized, but regardless his pain will be substantial.

He took so many people down with such venom and malice when it turns out they were the ones telling the truth. He is all about self survival and this option although not great is all he has left. Now he will just screw his old partners and cronies at ICI in order to save himself some hardship, not all hardship, because plenty is coming, but some.
This is basically a sophies choice type option. The confession is a bad option, still denying till the sh*t completely hits the fan, and it was coming SOON, was a worse option.
