    No more Poker at Heritage?
After careful consideration, combined with the feedback of our clients, we have made the decision to eliminate the poker option from the Heritage Sports platform at this time.
Heritage Sports remains committed to providing a first class wagering experience for our customers and will continue to focus our efforts on our ongoing development projects. If we have can provide another poker solution in the future, we will certainly do so.
If you have funds in your poker account, your poker balance will be returned to your Heritage Sportsaccount balance by close of business on January 15th, 2013.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our Client Services Department.

    Regards,
    Mike Madison
    General Manager

Translation: Good poker players were taking too much money out of our economy from the bad players. We want the degens to spew all their money in our sportsbook and casino, not dump their money to players who will cash out.

That, or since it is a combined network, heritage players were likely losing a lot to players not playing at heritage.

yeah online poker is always profitable for the company....must be the deal with the main network is not paying more than they are losing....or bad blood developed and they wouldnt pay heritage enough for their players...heritage teaching them a lesson...

I'm happy they did this. You have to look at it like this; Heritage has a good, loyal clientele. I get online and play poker when I am absolutely bored. The network they use is absolutely horrible. The beats are insane, and the overall room sucks. So, after Heritage players are slowly losing their money on this god awful site, why would they want to keep their partnership and run the risk of losing clients? Thank you Heritage, you saved me some money and some time that I would spend bitching and complaining.

Shocking to kill the rake. Shocking. They must be getting killed in their book - makes a lot of sense.

The rake that they receive is not nearly worth the complaints from loyal customers. Remember, they don't own that software, therefore their rake is not nearly as much as you think.
