of course not but it's the same as with the real world, the people making those decisions are mostly looking to cover their own as*, so if you hire someone who has done something before, even if they did it badly, it's not your fault if they fail, whereas if you hire someone completely new, and they fail, it's all on you

It's not recycling. Recycling is when you take something useless and make it useful. Most sacked coaches are garbage.

I think it all comes down to the coach, yes some are just trash but others just need better players a different staff so many variables its hard to say.
