Have waited a number of weeks to make this change. What better time than after a 5 game winning streak and on the heels of a wild card spot?
Some more games left to go, but easy ones against the following sub .500 teams..
1.) Bengals

3.) Jaguars
4.) Titans (they'll have everything clinched and no need to play, much like last years events when Titans squeaked in after last week win vs Indy, horse shoe on other foot)
