What Is The Most Questionable Call/Situation This Weekend In The Playoff Games?

at least Matt Ryan doesn't have a choker for a field goal kicker or he would be 0-4 in playoffs and his team blowing a 20 point 4th quarter lead @ home to a rookie QB

damn kickers mean a lot to the legacy of QB's, especially in today's NFL when you can get down field for a field goal in 2 plays vs prevent defense that all teams employ. all you need is half a minute and a couple timeouts or 1:00 full minute and no timeouts and you are golden unless the kicker chokes

teams need to focus on getting that game winning score with 10 seconds left if it is not going to put them up at least 4 points or more.

why did the ATL coach call the timeout with 13 seconds left??? lol

the biggest blunder was the Sehawks not getting points in first half, they coulda had 2 field goals at least...

Had the Broncos -3 in a teaser so the 70 yarder definitely hurt. I'm still trying to figure out what the hell the safety was doing. It was like he'd never seen a football before and decided to run right under it so he could get a better look.

But it gets better.

Had the Falcons juiced at -2.5. I loved the first 3 quarters of that game. The 4th not so much. At least they covered the +4 in the teaser and will be tremendous fade material next weekend.

But it gets better still.

Had the Patriots -6.5 in the first half. Being done in by the longest field goal ever attempted (not made mind you, but attempted) is tough but that'll happen. The hard part was getting shit on by the refs in the process. The Pats punted with about 1:45 left in the 2nd and a Texan clearly ran into Mesko. The refs said the protector pushed the guy into Mesko. Replay showed he didn't touch him. It wouldn't have given the Pats a first down but it sure as hell would have let Mesko get a better punt off. Guy was booting it 50-60 yards every single kick. Instead Houston took over at their 40 and the rest is history.

And after all that I still managed a profit this weekend.

Can't believe I was rooting so hard for the Seahawks to get that final td. I guess I really didn't want the Niners to get to play the Falcons and I had a small in game seahawk ml. Didn't realize til the after game was over that I was so heavily invested in the teased under and Seahawk tt under 21.5...

That was some questionable rooting for me.

And then Falcons winning anyway was a great capper.

If the Seahawks had tried to throw the ball over the middle with 6 seconds left, to try and make the catch, get significant yardage, give yourself up, then call the timeout that would be far dumber. No way that happens in 6 seconds.

The guy got out of bounds to stop the clock with 2 seconds left to set up the hail mary. There was time to throw in the middle of the field and call a timeout.

think the two peyton plays were by far the worst.

running on 3rd and 8 at the end of the game. this is peyton manning, maybe the best ever at the position, and they make no attempt to pick up 3rd down? how many big plays has baltimore made all year?

and then kneeling out the game in regulation. baltimore just scored a TD with no timeouts in 35 seconds. and you dont try to get a filed goal with the same time and 2 timeouts?

no sense at all. denver coaching staff blew the game.
