Why don't you just tease NE and Denver down to -3.5 or even -2.5 if you buy a point. Much safer bet and I like both teams to smash this weekend.

I did a 4 team 12 point teaser. Baltimore+22, Texans+22, Falcons+11, packers+15. Got juiced pretty good, but just looked too good to pass on. I can see the 49ers beating the packers by 17-20 though, so that's the game I'm worried about.

The 2 best numbers you'd be crossing are the 10 and the 14 with close to 5% push probability each. All the other ones add up to less than 5%, so you are crossing about 15% worth of push numbers. You are not getting close to the 72.37% win that you need to break even on the teaser at -110. And if you consider that some locals grade a 2-team teaser with a push as a loss, you are even worse.

A basic strategy teaser gets you close to 25% worth of push numbers with the 7,6,4, and the almighty 3. That one is obviously worth it.

Just pick whichever team you believe has the best chance of covering and take them straight. Or tease GB and Sea up.

Not trying to be an asshole, but why would you tease Houston up rather than teasing NE down...the chance of NE losing or winning by less than 2.5 is much lower than Houston getting blown out.

Since 2005 Teasing a 9 point dog UP to +15 has changed the ATS results from 24-30-1 (no points) to 37-18 (+6 points) Teasing the fav down in the same game went from 30-24-1 to 41-12-2.

For 9.5 Teasing the dog up went from 36-32 to 48-20. Teasing fave down to 3.5 (bad tease) from 32-36 to 44-24.
