Justin chose to go to another forum to discuss SBR cases/assessments while still on payroll. Due to that we have chosen to part ways earlier than previously planned. It's standard procedure to remove email and redirect email inquiries. In this case, with PMs being part of the communication to users, PMs were also addressed.
