No no, Phillips has no shot at winning this one. This is a showcase plain and simple. Williams can be outpointed and befuddled by a smart fighter but Verno is on the downslide, the only reason he has that belt is cause they robbed Cory Spinks..

Williams should win this one easy it's just a case of when or how and how he carries the weight. Williams gained some power at his first fight at 160 vs Kolle but now he's down to 154. Better going at whether Williams wins decision or KO, decision are juicy odds. Phillips has only lost by KO once in his career, and very early.
