Another glorious morning today! Highly excited we get our cookie caravan cookies today so the girls can sell cookies this weekend out and about. Hate to say it though but I am almost looking forward to this week being over as it is busy and I miss the ease of Christmas vacation.

Yes these are girl scout cookies. t really varies on how much we sell. Our goal for our two counties is 1717 cases and there are 12 boxes per case.

Yes and no. We have 1500 for those type of prizes. That's $6000 in cost. $1125 in profit for cookie sale. So the leftover money is $4875. Even if the cookies cost $1 a box to make the council would be making $3375 from those cookies. That ipad3 or in our case ipod touch isn't much at all to their bottom line.

For those of you that don't know. BigDaddy has a great heart and has donated cookies in the past

We sell them for $4.00 a box and these that we are getting this weekend, we are selling just for the weekend. After that the girls start taking orders and they will be delivered in March. At that time we will then be allowed to get them for weekend sales again and will have them til April.

here the cookies are $3.75 a box so $5625 minus the .75/box (1125) so let's say 4500 minus the $1/box to make them or $3000 to the girl scouts.
the prizes are CUMULATIVE so a macbookair ($1000) + the ipad3 ($500) are 1/2 of that right off the top without including the other prizes!

HUGE kickback. if we're anywhere close i'll buy the extra 200 boxes of cookies myself and give them away.
