If Okie St. wins tonight it actually is worse for Texas. They then have NO chance of getting into the Big XII title game because the 3 way tie is then gone. It is again a 2 way tie between them and Tech and Tech beat them head to head so they would get the nod. They actually have to hope that OU wins but does it in a non impressive fashion, so enough voters will vote Texas ahead of OU and they can make up the ground in the BCS computer rankings.
I know it is a bit confusing but in the end they are actually rooting for OU....Comment -

Maybe in a perfect world you would be right. But the reality is Tech is out. The fact they beat Texas is not material. They would go play Mizzou yes but they are 7th and thats out of reach. Texas is in with a OSU win or a Mizzou win. (I think)Originally posted by AMBlai01Comment
