Line movement.....but reversed?

Ok...... according to what Im seeing 86% of public is on Boston Celtics -8.5 tonight. Why is the line not rising...and why is the line sitting at -105 and the other side at -115.

I thought they want to balance the sides out so why not bump the Celtics up .5 or so or put the juice at -115

What am I missing

ya, but 86% of 4300 bets has to out-weigh the 14% on the other side

yeah that means the 14% have put a ton of money up. I've seen lines drop with 80+% on the other side
