very simple - in the past (2-3 years ago) i used to attack guys who i knew were going tout (ie, Atari) and definitely would take my beef with them to PM. I remember getting banned for a few weeks for that and then they restricted my PM and edit features. I could not get a clear answer why, and would email shari. She used to be cool with me, and helped me over private email a few times - but then one time recently she did a 180 on me and its probably b/c she got annoyed that i was emailing her rather then following the proper rules. Thats the thing, i would follow the proper rules of using the report button but i guess b/c i engaged the guy who laughed at me in my baseball thread after i got killed in the World Series - that was a wash as far as taking action on him.

so atari, the tennis guy who im cool with now, curious (lol), and a few other clowns who i knew were trying to lure people into twitter for email spam....oh, that kid who posted like 6 baseball plays a year and bet .005 units per game...win for the week, and call it quits after monday. he went tout as well...
