Gators win by 21. I am actually glad that they lost earlier in the year and they are sitting on the out looking in. Harvin or no Harvin Florida has to many weapons. With Moddy and Rainey beginning to run the ball it has opened the field up even more for Tebow to use his legs.

I obviously want a Florida victory and could careless if it's by 1 or 30. Everyone is doing the same thing in this thread that they have done all season, not give any credit to Alabama. Since the first game of the season Alabama has played very solid football. You can say what you want about Clemson being overated. You can point to Kentucky and other unimpressive wins. If you have watched this Alabama team actually play then you have seen an offensive line that is experienced and mammoth. You have seen a quarterback that performs as needed. Nothing spectacular but consistant. You've seen a running game that is steady and powerful. You have seen a defensive line that can dominate the middle. You've seen a secondary that while not the best out there still play consistant and hit hard. What you have also witnessed is a coach that has kept his team under control and not allowed these kids ego's to get the better of them. You've seen a coach that even when his team hasn't been dominate you never really thought they were gonna lose either.

I love Florida I bleed Orange and Blue but to say we will roll Alabama you will never hear me say this. Alabama is a solid complete team. Certainly they lack the speed of Florida but so does probably every team out there. Alabama does have size on us. If they are able to pound the ball up the middle with the running game they can keep this game close. If they are able to get penetration in the middle on defense even if they are a lil slower on the edges if their ends stay wide they can elinate some of the plays.

I like Florida to win this game. But if you don't consider all the reasons they don't cover you aren't being fair to yourself.

I cant see how this a lock. Gators lost before (without Harvin) and can certainly due it again. This will be the first game all year that Florida doesnt have the advantage on the lines.

Either way, im staying far away from this game unless the spread goes to 11.5

Im thinking VT over BC - BC has a redshirt freshman that could have problems against Beamers D. This is thier 4th meeting in 22 games so Beamer will have some packages to confuse the frosh. BC won earlier this year but that was with QB Crane - can the red shirt get it done in the ACC championship...that is the question

Florida is a big play offense. They do not line up and drive it down your throat. Bama will keep everything in front of them and make Florida change their offense. Bama with their smash mouth run game will line it up and make Florida stop them. I see this game close going into the 4th with Bama taking control of the line of scrimage like they have done all year. Florida's speed gets worn down and Bama wins by 9. 30-21. That a way Hoopster your seeing the light. LOL

just came back to congratulate florida backers for winning against the spread and to bama fans for having a great season. both teams played their hearts out and showed so much character and fight. i thought it was one of the best game atmospheres i have seen in a long time. it was a joy to watch. i lost a bit on bama +10 but putting that aside it was really a fun game to watch. i hope florida and oklahoma can live up to the hype. now i go back to my posting retirement,

Congrats to all Florida fans and backers. It was a good game. But the 4th quarter showed which was the better team. I am proud of my team though. They have come a long way in 2 years. And Julio Jones and Marc Ingram only make me excited for the years to come.

Mistakes: Bama 3- Florida 0. Areanas catching the kickoff on the 4 instead of letting it go out of bounds and getting it on the 40, horsecollar penalty that gave Fl a 1st down after stopping them on 3rd down and the facemask penalty that gave Fl a 1st down on their last drive. Im not making excuses Florida took advantage of Bama's miscues and thats what good teams do. Still proud of Bama's season and will be in New Orleans to cheer them on in the Sugar Bowl. Congrats Florida and whip OU's ass. Roll Tide
