It has nothing to do with handicapping, futures never lie. 49ers are favored to win the NFC and Packers project to be either -2.5 -125 or -3 +105 in Atlanta.

So even if the Falcons blow out the Seahawks and 49ers or Packers win by a FG the Falcons wouldn't be favored? Do you realize that futures change after each game is played?

The falcons defense is so improved this year. I never see them in 4/3 formation anymore, just nickel with 2 linebackers(sean witherspoon, steven Nicholas). This gives them so many more blitz packages with a extra cornerback, yet at times they become weak against the run. I expect to see the falcons blitz all game to stop the run and shake Wilson, daunte robinson and asante Samuel will shut down the seahawks recievers. Plus the falcons are getting back safety William moore. Falcons at home- Falcons Advantage. Ryan vs Wilson- Falcons advantage. Roddy white, Julio jones vs golden tate, Sydney rice- Falcons advantage. Defenses-equal, Falcons defense underrated. The only advantage seattle has is at RB. Falcons will roll in this game.

Falcons have an advantage in the running game too because they split the snaps between Turner and Rodgers. They have so many formations that you can't double team White, Jones or Gonzalez. Every time a team tried to double team one of these 3 players one of the other two had a monster game.

Have you looked at who the Seahawks have played this year? Vikings, Packers, Patriots, 49ers (twice) and the Redskins...What was their record playing these teams?? 5-1
