As much as this loss hurts, I'm very excited about our future. We have our franchise QB for many years to come, and he not only has skill, he has the heart of a lion. Gotta love a guy like him. He came back from an ACL tear to continue running track at an olympic level and be drafted in the 1st rd...ligament sprains/tears are so overrated these days. Not taking the time to rehab correctly is where careers get ******, if he did end up tearing it...how he deals with it after the surgery is what is going to determine how he comes back.Comment -

I'm not even a Skins hater, but making this thread 15 minutes after RG3 limps off the field rubbed me the wrong way. He basically reiterated the fact that scrambling QBs aren't successful in the NFL due to injury risk. There's a reason the formula hasn't been used and re-used and beat to death by good teams. It's because it doesn't work.

Thsi RG3 thing is not going to work. These running QB's don't last. It was proven once again tonight. Staying healthy as a QB is just as important as being good. QB's can't run around in the NFL without getting hurt, these defenders are jacked up on steroids and come out of the tunnel eating grass (Ray Lewis today). A QB could run around to buy time, like Roethlisberger or Rodgers. But, they can't run all over the field. If I was a Redskins fan, I'd be depressed. Party and hype is over IMOComment
