What I do win, I give right back within a couple of weeks. Maybe cash out here and their, and still end up reloading. It's a losing battle, but I won't bother even watching sports if I don't got a wager on it.

Takes years to fully understand the ins and outs of gambling.. what works one year, might not work the next ... learning to be disciplined etc...
Its not easy thats for sure... cant let what others are playing/betting affect you unless they have information to back it up..
Like frstno said, often ill go on a big run... make a few withdrawals but then turn around and give it back
Also the best thing to do is truly track everyplay reload or not.. write down why your playing.. and how it did..
Ive been gambling for a few years mostly not taking it serious or betting too much just to be cool.. but now as getting old starting to have a family.. im fine with betting, less contiunally learning, etc...

Been doing it for over 30 years, both sides of the counter. Learned a lotta tricks along the way but dam if I still don't make stupid mistakes. I know a lot of people who make a living playing poker but very very few who carve out a living betting sports. Poker players get to play against lesser players every now and again. Sports gamblers are always playing against the house.....and the house ain't no lesser player. Talk of sharps and squares is very over-rated. Squares like to play favorites and overs. Betting against them means taking dogs and unders......which often translates to bad teams where bad defense kills ya. There is no scientific evidence that dogs and unders bring home the $$ in the long run. My advice is to bet for amusement purposes only, never chase, never go full-tilt, and expect most of the bad beats to go against ya. And don't listen to touts.
