Kansas State, however, has sold out all of its tickets, even though it never opened sales to the public, Pintens said.
“There’s been an incredible demand from Kansas State fans,” Pintens said. “I think Kansas State is very excited to be in the Fiesta Bowl. They haven’t been to a BCS game in a while, so fans are pretty excited.”

maybe, who knows. this is the first big time bowl for kstate in a while right. and no one really expected them to be good. oregon had hopes of a national title, and if it wasn't for an overtime game they would be in it.
