They stopped people from getting Moneybookers cash and unless u are a relative newcomer u can't get cash from the few books that are still available. Looks like they are sqeezing the non-usa old timers to where the points will be worthless to us. Not good strategy.

I think they are just doing upgrades to the store right now, that's why certain features are unavailable. I'm from Canada and successfully purchased sportsbook cash a few days ago, but I see that it is gone now along with the category menu at the left hand side of the store.

Moneybookers cash went away January 1. If u are an old timer u belonged to the books already that are in the SBR store. The squeeze continues to make the points worthless except for the new sign ups. In wake of the BI scandal u would think they would be trying to spruce up that image. guess not!

Is BookMaker cash still needed since all the non US customers were transferred to CRIS, and US customers can't buy sportsbook cash anyway. Or does the Bookmaker cash get transferred to players CRIS account?

Its actually worse than whats been said. Take my example. I lost Bodog SBR cash since I had not linked thru SBR. Other books I had previously signed up for without SBR Link, thus not eligible to get cash thru them. So...... I signed up with DSI thru SBR link for an SBR contest and figued that would allow me to either get DSI cash or Moneybookers cash. Ok, SBR Lou says "DSI says you didn't sign up thru link here" end of story!! lololol
Now they discontinue MB cash. So even if u sign up thru SBR link all they have to do is say you didn't. No cash for you. Points worthless to someone not in USA and with no mail service. Not a good way to start the New Year SBR. It would be nice new year surprise for SBR to figure out how to make this situation right.

I mean, why stop payng out MB? It says you can still BUY SBR points thru MB, just not SELL. Sounds like a Seinfeld episode.

Sportsbook cash is the best deal in the store. If you don't live in the US or France and are a bettor, that's what you want. What has been happening is people in a far away land are using the points to order stuff from American stores. Items are costing more to ship to Eastern Europe than they are for SBRstore to buy. We want our guys in Eastern Europe to be as happy as anyone, but it's when a lot of guys who aren't really interested in SBRforum content are in it for the freebies we gotta do whats best for all. Bettors want sportsbook cash and we can keep the prices the lowest by streamlining the store.

If someone had their eye on some SBR gear or something they can only get from SBR, send us a message and we'll see if we can make an exception since the changes just took place.
