    ip address question
    Any computor geeks out there.If an ip address starts 80. but every time you log in the remaining numbers are different can a book identify where exactly you are from or does the first two numbers of your ip address just identify the country you are from?

    Internet cafe. The greatest invention ever to fool books with ip address. I use it all the time for bonus whoring. Every big city has a bunch of coffee shops within short driving distance to place bets.

            In short, yes. The class A range of 80.0.0.0/255.0.0.0 is registered to the RIPE registry in Europe. Your location can be found via a simple traceroute or through a search in the RIPE registry database.
