Tennesse has alot of people who would take that job. One of the most coveted in college. Gonna be fun to see this guy with a 5-15 record as a head coach make a go of it. He's taking over for a guy who went to the SEC title game last year and had a record of 150-51.

Yeah. Came out on ESPN2 and they said the official announcement will come monday. I guess they are waiting for Fulmer to coach his last game.

I think this is a pretty good choice. I think College is where Kiffin belongs and with Tennessee you know that he will be able to get players there....

I really thought they had a shot at Leach. What happened to that? That would have been perfect for them. You give Leach an unlimited talent pool like Tennessee and just watch the titles rack up.

Leach is a wack job, he really reminds me of Chow when he was trying to get a head job. Everyone loves what he has done where he has been but I can't imagine Leach being a very good interview.

The guy is just too smart for the room. You would bring him in for an interview and by the end you would think he is trying to hire you.

Not saying Leach isn't a great coach but these are just some of the things to think about. Leach in a place with high media attention...disaster.

Agreed, would have loved to have seen the mad scientist coach the Vols, motherfuker is a genius what he's done with that TT team, meanwhile we get Kiffin who isn't worth killin, yea I know Al Davis is a cocksuker but he's also right Kiffin fukin sucks, more losing years for the Vols, time to move to Florida and root for a team that finishes 1 or 2 each year

Tenn will be back in the hunt in a couple years. The south has an abundance of talent to choose from. add in the factor of star athletes getting a chance to start their freshman year with a program rebuilding and thats a recipe for good things in the near future.
