Drunken Driving vs Guns Rhetoric---New Year's Eve. Do the Right Thing
According to some stats I just looked up, in 2011- 27.06 people were killed per day on avg in Drunk Driving accidents.

interesting number since there were 26 killed and 1 coward suicide in the oft talked about Conn school shootings.

    here is what I KNOW.

whichever side of the gun debate you are on. It is far more likely that in any given year and tonight especially.

You'll have an opportunity to prevent some drunk driving.

whether it is you, or friend at a party, or even a stranger at a bar.

don't be afraid to speak up, involve yourself, and take action tonight and 2013

Almost all of us have been behind the wheel when we shouldn't have, or let a buddy go that we should've stopped.

I was stupid and naive when I was in my early 20's, and I know there are a lot of guys on this board in that age range now. The sooner you wise up, the better. It's not worth the roll of the dice to get behind the wheel and suddenly ruin lives forever.

AAA wants to insure that anyone who decides to go out and ring in the New Year with a few cocktails has a safe and sober ride home.

They have partnered with AmRide and Roncari Express Valet Parking for “Arrive Safe,” a program which will provide free rides home to intoxicated drivers on New Year’s Eve.

The “Arrive Safe” program will not only get party goers home safely. The caller will be driven home by a professional driver in their own car.

Anyone who wishes to take advantage of this service can all AAA at 1-800-AAA-HELP to ask for a ride between the hours of 10 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and 3 a.m. on New Year’s Day.

Rides are free of charge up to 10 miles. There is a $2.50 per mile for rides over 10 miles.

                Nice post, Arch.

Drinker.....lets not get carried away here. At the end of the day, Archie is still a HUGE libtard. Don't kid yourself. Deep down inside, he'd like to see our guns taken away, and for the gays to be cornholing each other as happily married couples.

But regardless of all that....this was a nice post!

                      Amateur night.

Pro's don't do anything tonight that involves getting behind the wheel while intoxicated.

Gonna get trashed at the house, shoot of some fire crackers, wake up sometime tomorrow for Football.
