New Years - Anyone ever done this to help get in shape?
After I quit playing ball, I had a tough time getting motivated. So I bought a recumbent exercise bike and pulled it in front of the TV where I played Madden or NCAA while riding the bike. Rule was had to ride it as long as the game was going on. Before I knew it 45minutes to an hour + would pass. Had a 5 overtime game one time and rode it for almost 2 hours

Want to do that again but Mrs Blazer bitches and complains about having the bike in the house. Gotta fight the good fight on this one.

    Happy New Year

I just drink vodka and eat one meal (sometimes) a day

If you do this and are around 6ft tall you will weigh around 155lbs

actually not a bad idea at all.. Can you move the video games into another room?

I sometimes will do an Ab Workout or push up routine to the game.

If im playing a football game.
everytime I score the number of points kind of like oregon
          so
          7 do 7 push ups 7 crunches
          next touchdown
          14 14 push ups 14 sit ups
          etc etc..

that way you dont need any equipment in the house .

if your playing a basketball game..
number of points scored in that quarter . and just go quarter by quarter

could always switch up the muscle group 2

No but that's a great idea. I doubt I'll ever have to worry about getting overweight, I still play pickup b ball once a week. But I've been trying to get a friend to lose some weight. He balloned to about 350, but he's unmotivated.

Why would Mrs. Blazer get made that you're trying to look better or increase your stamina in the bedroom? Bike stays.

most of us if we tried half that, would be crippled with ankle, knee, hip problems.

as a healthy older teen If I logged more than 45 a week I'd be limping in my day to day at times.

I'd rather be fat and not have nagging injuries
