big day, as a tip it doesn't matter how big the lobster is, you want a cold water lobster that is active with a hard shell. so often i've looked at live lobsters that are barely moving and wonder who is buying those, they are going to taste like crap.

Mike couldnt have said it any better......AMATEUR night....this is when the non-drinking crowds make all their mistakes....the rest of us could go down at any time....I stay off the roads during the Memorial Golf Tournament in Dublin ( where I live ) as well.....buncha 80 year old men think they can drink whiskey again and wreck their cars....into mine...more dangeros than people think...Comment -
