Fast source for NBA Player status updates ?
I use rotoworld - which is pretty good overall, but for player injuries/ if ruled out, its a bit late like 15 min or so.

    Any free alternatives ??

    Thanks

Simply type the players name into twitter and you should get several hits. I find this to be timely and effective.

For instance, rotoworld still claims Wes Matthews is a GTD.

On the other hand, a Twitter search yields multiple sources indicating that Wes is out.

        Hope this helps!

              Good one ^^

How about for example status of Jameer Nelson today ? It says questionable,

I was wondering if any sources I can check to know his status right when it is announced

create a twitter account and follow the beat writers for every team, open twitter in a browser tab before tip off and you'll get info on late scratches faster than any one site. google "beat writer twitter bulls" for each team to find the local sports reporters covering each team.
