Current (soon to be former) Eagles head coach Andy Reid wants to coach the Chargers in 2013 according to a source of Pro Football Talk. The report also states that Reid is unlikely to have control over any personnel moves if that is where he ends up. I've always thought certain coaches do better when all they have to worry about is coaching while someone else handles personnel. Reid falls into that category.
